Aim

This course is aimed at those who intend to be food handlers working in a manufacturing environment.  Our course guarantees that a food handler is fully trained and aware of the hazards and controls associated with the types of food they handle or produce.

  • How to take personal responsibility for food safety.

  • The importance of keeping themselves clean and hygienic.

  • Why the working areas are kept clean and hygienic.

  • Importance of keeping products safe and free from contamination.   

Course Duration

To complete this course delegates are expect to undertake 9 hours of learning.
